Bonnie Lou Feitz

Bonnie Lou Feitz was born February 20, 1945 in South Bend to Richard & Hazel Irene (Borton) Feitz, and was the fourth of five children.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ella Marie Mangus.  She is survived by her brothers, Walter Eugene “Gene” Feitz of North Liberty, Bob E. (Sharon) Feitz of Lakeville, and Max Feitz of Lakeville.  Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great nephews.

Bonnie was a graduate of North Liberty High School and a member of the National Honor Society.  She was a lifelong resident of northern Indiana, living and working in Monticello, IN for more than 30 years.  She retired from Farm Service Agency after many years of service.  In retirement she was a caregiver for numerous families and worked part-time for Edward Jones.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  She will be laid to rest with her parents at Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.  Bonnie was a Christian, and now an angel has gone home.
