Caleb H. Fowler, 23, of Jimtown, fell into the arms of Jesus in the early hours of November 23rd.
Caleb was born March 17,1998 in Mishawaka, Indiana to George Mark Fowler and Mandy Mae (Green) Fowler. On June 26, 2021, in a beautiful ceremony, Caleb married Brooke Wright.
Brooke survives along with his parents George and Mandy, two sisters, Kayleigh (Matthew) Geiger and Kyndra Fowler, a niece Kirya Morris (Rosie), his paternal grandmother Dorothy Fowler, and his maternal grandmother Shirley Labere. Preceding Caleb in death were his grandfathers, George Franklin Fowler and Joseph Van Green.
Caleb graduated from Jimtown High School in 2017. While attending, Caleb was a member of the football and wrestling team as well as the building trades program. In July of 2021, Caleb graduated to Journeyman Iron Worker and was a member of the Ironworkers Local Union 292 in South Bend, Indiana. Caleb did work for numerous contractors throughout Indiana and Southern Michigan.
Caleb was a good boy who turned into a great man. Whether as a husband, son, brother, teammate, or coworker his devotion was endless. He loved Harley rides with Brooke, days on the lake with the boys, going out for sushi, or just hanging out with those he loved.
On December 4th, 2021, a celebration of Caleb’s life will be officiated by Pastor Andy Lauer at the South Bend First Church of the Nazarene, 51690 N Ironwood Rd, South Bend, IN 46635. Visitation will begin at 11am with services starting at noon. A meal will follow.
