Chosen Monroe Moore

With hearts full of love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Chosen Monroe Moore, who was born sleeping on June 12, 2026, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.

Chosen was the cherished son of Erikka Nicole Rose Mahoney and Sir Frank Moore of Michigan City, Indiana. He was a precious gift whose memory will live on through the love of his family and all who awaited his arrival.

While his parents did not have the opportunity to watch him grow, hear his laughter, or hold his hand through life’s journey, they will forever carry him in their hearts. Chosen’s brief presence serves as a reminder that a life need not be long to be meaningful.

Chosen is survived by his loving parents, Erikka Mahoney and Sir Frank Moore, his big brother Cassai, as well as grandparents, extended family members, and friends who share in the sorrow of his passing and the gratitude of having loved him.

We will forever miss, love and cherish our Chosen Bear. – Moore Family. “There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.”
