Connie encouraged us to live life fully, love deeply, and appreciate who and what you have because nothing is guaranteed. Always make sure to love yourself first so that everything else can fall into place. To never dwell on the things that we don’t have but take what we have and make it what you want. To choose your best life every day and to always own your mistakes and learn from them.
Her life was a testament to the power of kindness and perseverance topped with a bit of sassiness. She proved what a difference one person could make. As we celebrate her life let us remember Connie not with sadness but with gratitude for having known such a remarkable woman.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help the family with funeral expenses. Palmer Funeral Home – River Park 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615 is assisting the family with arrangements.
