D'Juan Micah Reeves, 2 days, of South Bend, IN passed away at 10:50 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Memorial Hospital.   He was born on July 14, 2015 to Dyrell L. and Lauren N. (Markham) Reeves, Sr.

D'Juan is survived by his parents, brother, Dyrell L. Reeves, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; grandparents, Michael A. Markham of South Bend, IN, Eileen Coleman-Jones of Birmingham, AL, Barnabus and Linda Reeves of South Bend, IN; great grandparents, Henrene Love of South Bend, IN, Johnnie Robinson of South Bend, IN and Hubert and Modean Reeves of Kalamazoo, MI.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
