Dale Carlin Lamberson, 63, of Auburn, GA, passed away on Wednesday November 18th. Dale was born on October 4th 1957 to Finis Lee Lamberson and Helen Christine (Cruse) Lamberson in Valparaiso, IN.
Dale was recently retired from Publix last year. He was a big Chicago Bears and Cubs fan and was able to enjoy the wonderment of the 2016 World Series. He was also a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, since 1981 because of Herschel Walker if you listen to him tell it. Dale could be a complicated man but he enjoyed the simple things. All he needed was his grill, the smoker and his pool. And don’t you dare cut his yard or touch his Pepsi! He loved his family and enjoyed treating them to his home cooked meals. He sure loved to cook. He was a big fan of British comedies, just recently finished watching one of his favorite series, “Are You Being Served?”
Dale is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Finis “Lee” Lamberson Jr. and his sister, Carolyn “Sue” Makovsky. He is survived by his four children, Jeremiah Daniel Lamberson; Stefanie Jill Lamberson; Dustin Finis Lamberson and Duncan Tyler Lamberson as well as his brother Jeff Lamberson.
A visitation for Dale will be held Tuesday, November 24 from 5:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Palmer Funeral Home-West Chapel 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend, IN 46628. There will also be a private graveside service at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, IN.
