David Paul Thomas Kenyon, 73, of Buchanan, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Raclin House.
David was born on August 17, 1952, Hartford, Connecticut, to the late Paul Thomas Kenyon and Helen (Novakovski) Kenyon. He spent many years working as a collection and credit agent dedicating over 30 years of service with several different companies before retiring.
On April 1, 1996, David married the love of his life, Ann Kenyon, in Lewisville, Texas. Together they shared many happy years filled with love, laughter, and family. David is survived by his beloved wife, Ann Kenyon; his daughters, Karen Kenyon and Ashley (Tedric) Norton; his son, Thomas (Angela) Van Patten; five cherished grandchildren, Kimber, Jocelyn, Cora, Genevieve, and Delilah; his sisters, Marsha D’Agostino, Christine (Robert) O’Connor, and Kathleen Kenyon; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
David had a passion for golf and enjoyed watching college basketball. He was also an avid Miami Dolphins fan and had a special place in his heart for animals. Known for his generous spirit and kind heart, David was always willing to help others and will be remembered for his compassion, warmth, and love for his family.
David’s family will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. His love, kindness, and big heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In accordance with David’s wishes, cremation will take place. The family will hold a private celebration at a later date. Palmer Funeral Homes – Hoven Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
