David Joseph Murphy

David Joseph Murphy, 56 years old, passed away at 3:23 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at his home.  David was born on July 9, 1966, in Los Angeles, CA to the late John Murphy           and Billie (Atnip) Thomas.  He has lived in Lakeville for the past 5 1/2 years.   David was a disabled veteran and proudly served his country with the United States Army.

David is survived by his three children, John Robert (Stephanie) Murphy of Georgia, Andrew Charles (Leandra) Snyder of Ucon, Idaho, and Joshua David Neidlinger of Alaska; four grandchildren, Riley, Taegan, Arya and Justyn; and his nephew, Joshua Murphy.   David is also survived by his former wife, Michelle and her husband, Jim.  Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Murphy.

Per David’s wishes, there will be no services or visitation.  Palmer Funeral Home in Lakeville and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family.
