It is with deep love that we remember and honor the life of Deborah Pelley, a daughter to Len and Nancy Pelley, mother to Larrissa and Brennan, and grandmother to Riley, Airabella, Layla, Evelyn, and Arlo. Debbie Pelley was born on March 8, 1967, and passed away on March 26, 2026, at the age of 59.
Deborah was a woman whose heart led her through life. She carried a deep sense of empathy, offering understanding and compassion to those around her in a way that made people feel truly seen. She had a quiet strength about her—one that showed up in how she cared for others, often putting their needs before her own.
She was an incredible sister, present with a love for her family that ran deep. Deborah played a meaningful role in helping raise her niece, stepping in with care, patience, and love. She was also an important part of her mother’s floral shop, where she contributed not only her time and dedication, but also her natural ability to bring beauty into the everyday. Through her work with flowers, she was part of countless moments of joy, celebration, and remembrance for others.
Deborah faced her own struggles throughout her life, but they do not define her story. What defines her is the compassion she gave, the love she showed, and the ways she quietly supported the people around her. Her life was one of care, connection, and resilience.
She leaves behind her children, Larrissa Notaro and Brennan Kline, along with family and loved ones who will carry her memory forward in the love she gave and the lives she touched.
Like the flowers she once helped tend, Deborah’s life was both delicate and enduring marked by seasons, shaped by care, and remembered for its quiet beauty. Though she is no longer here in form, the love she gave continues to grow in those she leaves behind.
In keeping with Deborah’s wishes, cremation is taking place and no services are to be held. Palmer Funeral Home- Hoven Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. If you would like to leave online condolences for Deborah and her family, please visit www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
