Donald E. Huff, 93, of Bremen, formerly of LaPaz, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Center for Hospice Ernestine M. Raclin House.
Donald was born on April 11, 1933, in South Bend to the late Fred and Alice (Barnett) Huff.
Donald proudly served his country in the US Army 1955-1961.
On March 31, 1956, he married the love of his life, Shelby (Jean) Williams, sharing almost 40 years of marriage before her passing in 1996.
Donald worked as a parts assembler for R.B. Gustafson in Elkhart. He was a faithful member of the LaPaz Pentecostal Church and later the Pentecostal Apostolic Church in South Bend.
Donald will be missed by his nieces, Linda Logan and Kimberly Weise (His Favorite). Several great nieces, and great nephews (Javi) his favorite!
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his siblings; Robert (Bud) Huff, Eva Mae Taylor, Mary (Babe) Eddy, and Betty Logan.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1pm on Monday, June 15, 2026, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, South Bend. Rev. Darrell Hale will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the any charity of your choice, in honor of Donald Huff.
