Harold L. Snider

Harold L. Snider Sr., age 89, passed away on December 22, 2025. He was born on June 15, 1936, in Buchanan, Michigan, to Ira Snider and Maria (Hathaway) Snider.

Harold was an Army National Guard veteran and a retired computer programmer who enjoyed problem-solving both professionally and personally. In his free time, he took great pleasure in building models and playing chess. Harold was a proud member of the Buchanan, Michigan chess team, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and challenge of the game.

He is survived by his two sons, Robert Snider and Harold Snider Jr.; and one grandson, Jeremy Lane. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Maria Snider, and his daughter, Mary Ann Corcman.

In honoring the family’s wishes, no public services will be held.
