Jack W. Snyder Jr.

Jack W. Snyder Jr., 74, of Mishawaka, IN., passed away at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in his residence after sudden illness. Jack was born on April 26, 1951, in South Bend, IN., to Jack W. and Frances (McGriff) Snyder.

On May 6, 1977, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Jack married Dorothy McGregor. Dorothy survives along with a daughter; Kimberly (Francisco Hernandez) Snyder of Elkhart, IN., and a son; Mike (Tammy) Snyder of Osceola, IN., four grandchildren and three great grandchildren, a sister, Nancy (Ron) Wise of South Bend and a brother, Marc (Kathy) Snyder of Mishawaka. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Roger Snyder and Tom Snyder.

Jack served in the U.S. Army and received an associate’s degree from Oklahoma State Technical College.

Visitation for Jack will be on Monday, March 16, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka.
