Judith J. Eming

Judy Jane Eming, age 63, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, November 26, 2021 at home with family by her side. She was born on July 6, 1958 in St. Louis, Missouri to Richard C. Eming and Betty J. Eming.

Judy is survived by Corry (Eric) Wichman of Mishawaka, IN and Shawna (Anthony) Parks of Cincinnati, OH; Grandchildren, Talen Barkley, Hailey Wichman, Anthony Nicodemus, Olivia Nicodemus, Kylie Villanueva and Jaxon  Villanueva; Brother, Richard  Eming and sister, Becky (Steve) Cordes. Judy was preceded in death by her daughter, Carrie Bland, mother and father Betty and Richard Eming and sister, Vicky Kosanovich. 

Judy worked as a warehouse manager for LESCO distributing for 38 years. She graduated from Adams High School. Judy truly had a love for life. She enjoyed doing anything outdoors; gardening, horseback riding, ziplining, hiking and walking on the beach just to name a few. In the words of her daughters, she was hardworking, strong willed, independent, courageous, witty and stubborn as a mule. 

A memorial service will be held for Judy on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 7:00pm at Palmer Funeral Homes - Welsheimer North Chapel 17033 Cleveland Rd. South Bend, IN 46635.  Friends and Family may visit from 5:00pm until 7:00pm prior to service.
