Kent J. Arnsbarger

Kent J. Arnsbarger, Sr., 70 years old, passed away at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home in North Liberty.  Kent was born on November 12, 1950 in Bremen to the late Bernard and Ina (Shupert) Arnsbarger.  He has remained a lifelong area resident.  On January 31, 1970 at the North Liberty United Methodist Church, Kent and Angela M. Keck were united in marriage. 

Along with Angie, his wife of 50 years, he is survived by his two sons, Kent (Shawn) Arnsbarger, Jr of LaPorte and Jeff (Carrie) Arnsbarger of South Bend; and five grandchildren, Samira, Pierce, Amelia, Adora, and Samuel. 

Kent retired from AM General Corporation after 30 years of employment where he inspected Hummers.  He was a drummer, a sound engineer and walleye fisherman through and through.

Private services will be held.  Palmer Funeral Home, North Liberty is assisting the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Kent J.
