Kevin was born on March 16, 1967, in Elkhart, Indiana. He grew up in Mishawaka and graduated from Mishawaka High School. He spent much of his life in the automotive industry and was a dedicated Service Manager for Gates Automotive for many years.
He is preceded in death by his daughter Abigail Scheibelhut.

Kevin had a passion for fishing and spent much of his life around water. He enjoyed traveling around Michigan fishing bass tournaments. He was always tinkering with his boat and fishing equipment. Kevin had a huge network of fellow anglers he’d met throughout the years who shared his love of fishing.
