Larry E. Putt, 79, of Lakeville passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Wednesday December 24, 2025, at the Center for Hospice-Raclin House in Mishawaka.
Larry was born in Garrett, IN on August 21, 1946, to the late Donald and Mary Jo (Redman) Putt.
Larry obtained his bachelor’s degree after high school and went on to own his own business.
On December 10, 1983, he married Sherrie Henderson, sharing 42 years of marriage.
Larry loved to travel, telling stories of his adventures, and sitting on the deck listening to Jimmy Buffet. He was a family man that truly enjoyed his time with his children and grandchildren. He had a wonderful sense of humor and made people smile wherever he went. He took pleasure in seeing people succeed and was a true friend to many.
Larry is survived by his wife, Sherrie, his daughters; Heather (Jeremy) Stansbury, Sarah (Kevin) Coffman, and Rachel (Sonny) Martin. Along with many grand children, great grand children and his sister, Sally Kohler.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jerry Putt and granddaughter, Kennedy Stansbury.

Memorial visitation for Larry will be held from 11am-1pm on Saturday January 10, 2026, at the Palmer Funeral Home within the Palmer Community Complex, 601 N. Michigan St. Lakeville. A private burial will occur at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
