Lillian A. Cobb

Ms. Lillian A. Cobb, 86, passed away peacefully during the early hours of Friday, February 14, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Lillian was born on May 27, 1933 to the late Robert and O’Brien (Ingram) Cobb.

A lifetime resident of South Bend, Lillian was formerly employed as a beautician and later worked for Uniroyal, AM General and Bendix, all for many faithful years. Lillian attended Layman Chapel Church and was a devoted mother to a daughter, Alfreida “Sunday”. Lillian was also a beloved grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish Lillian’s memories are her daughter, Alfreida “Sunday” (Franklin Forrest) Richardson-Forrest of South Bend; granddaughter Joy Forrest of Bloomington, IN; as well as a host of extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by two siblings, Alice Ivory and Robert Cobb, Jr.

Services for Ms. Lillian Cobb will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Palmer Funeral Homes – West Chapel, 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, IN 46628.
