To the family of Nancy Quam,
As a trust officer I helped care for Nancy's mother-in-law Mabel Avilia Quam and  Jerry.  My family spent many times at Nancy's home caroling and visiting after the investment accounts were at MFB Financial/Mutual Bank.  My mother & sister were both nurses by training so there were many points of discussion.  She will be missed by many.

To Kris and the whole Quam family -
My memories of your mother go back 45 years. I can picture what she looked like back then, especially her smile. I know how hard it is to have a career and raise 4 kids. She must have been some special mother! Hugs to all, but mostly to my best friend in high school, Kris.

To the Quam Children .... I got to know your mother as a good friend when we both taught Sunday School at St Paul Lutheran Church. She was a busy mom at all times, with her career in nursing, supportive wife, raising her family, but always had time to share with her friends. Her kind and gentle nature and infectious smile is what I will always remember her by. She has been called to her Eternally Home as she leaves behind so many that loved her. Hold  onto and enjoy forever all the found memories she has left on your heart. These memories will sustain you as you suffer your loss. May she Rest In Peace until we meet her again. My Love and God’s Peace.  Marilyn Cabana

Kirk, Kenny, Kristine and Keith,
Very sorry to hear about your mom's passing.  She was a "second" mom to the Costa boys and we always enjoyed seeing her when playing at your house.  I was thinking of Nancy just last week while at the dentist!  I recall visiting your mom years ago and at first she did not recognize me.  Only when I smiled did she quickly say "Oh, Donald"!  I told the dentist I did not want the gap between my teeth closed for fear that Nancy would not recognize me.  I have so many stories to tell about all of us growing up, but I will let your mother rest in peace!
My prayers for all of you,

Susan (Butz) Sukup

Kirk, Kenny, Kris & Keith....where do I start. The Quam’s lived across the street for so many years of my growing up. Your mom was a fixture in the neighborhood, always helping someone. She is the person that advised us that it was time for my parents to live in assisted living and we are thankful we took that advice. With her nursing skills, she helped mom and dad many times over the prior years. Such a kind, thoughtful, Christian woman. So sorry for your loss. Heaven gained an angel ❤️

I work at the Hearth of Juday Creek and I am a CNA and Nancy always kept me on my toes. She was always smiling, tellinge her stories about being a nurse and she also had jokes to tell me.  I will miss her and I will also keep the family in prayers.
