Pamela Lee (Proctor) Mougin, 44, of Indianapolis, Indiana entered the life eternal on Friday, May 10th, 2013. She was born July 23rd, 1968 in South Bend, Indiana to Billie June (Shields) Proctor and Dawnlee Jesse Proctor.
Pamela was a beautiful and brilliant photo-artist and a vibrant, loving and generous woman who immersed herself into her passion. She touched the lives of many and filled this earth with her amazing gift of art and personality. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie June (Shields) Proctor; and grandparents, Ruby and Wilbur Shields of Edwardsburg, Michigan.
She is survived by her niece, Paris June Proctor, a student at Florida A&M; sister, Penny Proctor; father, Dawnlee Jesse Proctor; and numerous extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be celebrated at 10:30 am Wednesday, May 22, 2013 in Apostolic Temple, 2221 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend. Bishop Peter Rowe will officiate. Graveside services and burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in Palmer Funeral Home - River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions to the Paris June Proctor Education Fund, c/o Wells Fargo Bank.
