Patricia A. Reed

Patricia A. Reed, 75 of Howe, Indiana and Bonita Springs, Florida (formerly of Granger, Indiana), passed away on December 8, 2021 in South Bend. Pat was born to James and Frances Gilroy on March 22, 1945 in St. Louis, MO. On July 29, 1967, she married Michael Reed who preceded her in death on January 8, 2021.

She is survived by two sons, Michael, Jr. (Jenna) of Elkhart, Indiana and Timothy Reed of South Bend. Also surviving are two grandsons, Pax and Dom of Elkhart and four sisters, Mary Lee Parrish of Mishawaka, Nancy Wiskotoni (John) and Linda Gilroy, both of South Bend and Kathi Gilroy of Eau Claire, Michigan.

Pat was predeceased by her parents, one sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Frank Piechowiak. Pat graduated from St. Joseph High School in South Bend and was a bus driver for Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation for many years. Pat was a member of VFW Post 9820 Auxillary.

Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. A Celebration of Life and Love, in memory of Michael & Patricia Reed, will be held Sunday, January 23, 2022, 1:00-5:00pm at M.R. Falcons, 3212 Keller St., South Bend, Indiana 46628.
