Paul Robert Morris

Paul Robert Morris, 78, of South Bend, Indiana passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Trailpoint Village. He was born on February 18, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio to the late Paul and Betty (Knapp) Morris. At a young age, he relocated to South Bend, Indiana, where he made his home. On January 1, 1980 he was united in marriage to Joan (Frye) Morris.

Paul was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. He was an exterminator for both Absolute and Terminix Pest Control companies. He loved to be on Facebook and chat with his friends. Paul loved to spend time with his family, especially going out to eat with his wife and kids. He loved late night shopping trips for movies. Paul loved to eat sweets and enjoyed baking cakes late at night. He loved fishing a great deal. He enjoyed watching movies and listening to music.

Paul was a United States Navy Veteran, serving from 1963 until 1967. He served on the USS Hopewell.

Paul is survived by his children, Lori (Rick) Grindstaff, Tresa (Tim) Meyers, Tom Otolski, Kelley (Adel) Rahmah, Danielle Morris, and Robert Morris; his grandchildren, Lauren McCrory, Kristin Meyers, Dana Grall, Trent Grall, and Teariny Rider; and his great-grandchildren, Gabe Mascorro, Noah Mascorro, Ivana Grall, and Giancarlo Grall.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Palmer Funeral Home-Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
