Paula Marie (Piechowicz) Forkner

Paula M. (Piechowicz) Forkner, 58, of South Bend passed away on Monday August 1, 2022 at her home. 

Paula was born on November 5, 1963, in South Bend to Jack and Patricia (Ferency) Piechowicz. 

Paula met and married James Forkner who preceded her in death.

Paula worked surveillance for Four Winds Casino. 

Paula is survived by her father, Jack Piechowicz, her children, Randy (Jessica) Zawacki of South Bend and Angel (Troy) Gann of Lakeville; her brother John (Denise) Piechowicz of South Bend, and her grandchildren; Grace, Benton, Rayna, and Oliver.

Services for Paula will be held on Friday August 5, 2022, at 1 p.m. and Palmer Funeral Homes-Guisinger Chapel; 3718 S Michigan St. South Bend.   Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 11am-1pm. 

Memorial Contributions in Paula’s name can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
