Pedro W. Highfield, 25, of South Bend passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2026, at his home.
Pedro was born on July 15, 2000, in South Bend to Christopher and Rosa (Bonilla) Highfield.
Pedro worked for Swift in The Smoke House.
He is survived by his parents and his sisters, Mary Highfield and Eustaquia Bonilla as well as Grandfather Bill Highfield, his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, close friends and his beloved pet Bonnie.
Pedro is preceded in death by his Grandmother Margaret Highfield.
His passion was photography and making friends. He will be remembered as a kind hearted brother and uncle. His memory will be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of all who were very fortunate enough to know him. Pedro will be dearly missed by all who had the fortune to be a part of his life. "So do not fear, for l am with you; do not be dismayed, for l am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." -(Isaias 41:10)
Visitation for Pedro will be from 2pm-4pm on Sunday May 3, 2026, at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend. A funeral service will begin at 11am on Monday May 4, 2026, at the funeral home, friends may visit with the family from 10am until the service begins.
