Rachel Tara Ruiz

Rachel Tara Ruiz, 42 years old, passed away on May 20, 2022, in her home.  Rachel was born in South Bend to Eddie and the late Diana (Huerta) Ruiz. She is also preceded in death by her brother Maverick Ruiz.

Rachel is survived by her sister Courtney (Joseph) Ritter of Omaha, Nebraska.

Rachel was a lover of all things sport-related, especially basketball. She played softball and enjoyed skateboarding as a teenager. She was known to bring many smiles and laughs to all she encountered.

There will be no services at this time.  Palmer Funeral Home – Guisinger Chapel is assisting the family with all arrangements.
