Raelynn Lillian Rose Dooley-Jones

Raelynn Lillian Rose Dooley-Jones, 6 months old, passed away at 6:35 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.  She was born on April 27, 2018 in South Bend, IN.

Raelynn is survived by her parents, Celina G. Dooley-Jones of South Bend, IN and Christopher M. Chism, Sr. of South Bend, IN; sisters Daynesty Harris, Madison Williams and Sa'Lay Chism; brothers Az'Zeirell Easton, Noel'Rion Easton, El'Maurius Dooley-Jones, Zhai'Mari Jenkins, King Dooley-Jones, Senceare Chism, Chris'Shon Chism, Christopher Chism Jr. and Ramil Chism; maternal grandparents Charity Dooley-Hall and George Jones; paternal grandparent Kim Chism; great-aunt Trina Dooley; aunts Allyssa King, Latasha Echols, Doris Dooley, April Redd and Jakelia Dooley-Jones; uncles Jermaine Jones, Wesley and David Dooley-Jones, Jarvis McElvene and Lee Travis Griffin; great-aunt Betty (Earl) Washington; great-uncle Peter (Courtney) Chism; a host of cousins and a godmother, Casandra Jones. Raelynn was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Dorris Ann Creer.

Raelynn enjoyed her mother holding her and looking into her eyes.  She really liked someone to sing to her, especially her favorite nurse, Jean Paul, who also read children books to her.  Raelynn enjoyed visits from her family members, especially her aunt and uncle, Kenny and Alesia Dooley.  Raelynn was loved very much by her maternal and paternal family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN.  Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services.
