While I didn’t work directly with Bob at the Healy Group he always came around to say hi and see how we were doing. Bob always made a point to come talk to us at Healy functions making my husband and I feel comfortable. Prayers to all the Curtis family and keep those memories up close.

I joined the Healy Group in 1987. Bob was integral in my joining. Before there was a Healy Spirit, there was Bob Curtis. Bob had the highest integrity, always striving to do the right thing. He had a servant's heart, putting others' interests before his own. He was a leader in new initiatives that were implemented during his tenure as president, initiatives that exist to this day and continue to bear good fruit. Bob had a gift for making people laugh with his signature dry sense of humor. We were all the beneficiaries of a number of parties Bob organized, complete with entertainment by the students in the Penn High School performing arts program. He was constantly working to make our community a better place to live through the numerous boards and outreaches in which he served. Above all, faith and family were at the center of Bob's life. Everything he did flowed from his relationship with God. He set the bar as a husband, father, and grandfather. His spirt lives on in the rest of us who were blessed to share life with him.

Karen, Betha, and Anne, know we love you and are praying for you. Let our hope in the resurrection be a source of consolation as you gather in the days to come to both mourn and celebrate Bob's life. We look forward to that day when we will all be gathered with Bob around the table of the Lord.

Even though Bob and I did not work in the same area at Healy Group, I have many memories of Bob stopping to see how things were going.  Always a kind word and a positive attitude.  My prayers to Bob's family.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing.  We only worked a short time together at Healy Group, but I will always remember him as a good man.

I started working at Healy Group after Bob's retirement, but I still got to know him when he would visit the office for his review meetings with Matt. His sense of humor connected well with mine and we became fast friends. I had the pleasure of sitting with he and Karen at one Christmas Party and learned that they met and attended Hanover College - which is right next to my hometown of Madison, IN. We shared memories of the area and they had some stories for me! I will miss Bob dearly - I always enjoyed his visits and our chats. Praying for you Karen, Betha, Anne, and family as you remember and celebrate him. Love, Sara Reyes
