Robert "Bob" Kondan Obituary
Robert J. “Bob” Kondan, 79, of South Bend, passed away late Tuesday night, May 12, 2020 at Trailpointe Village, South Bend.
Bob was born September 25, 1940 in Philadelphia, to the late Peter and Elizabeth (Bartl) Kondan.
After graduating from high school, Bob went on to serve in the United States Army.
He had several jobs; including roofing and delivering furniture; he currently was working at the Wal-Mart in Plymouth where he was a service writer in the automotive department.
Surviving is his caregiver and close friend, Cinda Kondan of South Bend; son; Robert Kondan Jr. of Blackwood, New Jersey; grandson, Nicholas Robert Kondan; stepdaughter, Lisa Pace of South Bend; and a brother, Richard Kondan of Pennsylvania.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Elizabeth Kondan.
No services will take place. Bob’s wishes were to be cremated and have his ashes buried at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
