Ronald L. Sharp, Jr.

Ronald L. Sharp Jr., 51 years of age, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 25, 2021. Ron was born on August 10, 1969 in South Bend to Mary Lou (Smith) and Ronald L. Sharp Sr. On July 15, 2000, he was united in marriage to Donna Grise in Las Vegas who survives.

Ron was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved going and watching his grandchildren at their sporting events. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys football and Chicago White Sox fan, enjoyed going to concerts, having the family over for cookouts, and just a love of life itself. He had a special place in his heart for his dog, Roxy and cat, Lucy.

He is survived by his loving wife, and their children, daughter, Tia (Adam) Drudge of Elkhart, sons, Justin (Ashley) Sharp of South Bend, Jason (Kennedy) Sharp of Elkhart, Ryan (Kelli) Sharp of Wabash. Also surviving are his 10 grandchildren, Zander, Trake, Annalise, Penelope, Leytin, Ashtin, Baby Sharp arriving soon, McKenna, Mason, Maddox, and MacGregor, along with his sisters, Laura (Daniel) Weaver of Syracuse, Deborah (John Tepe) Hahn of Fort Myers, FL, Julie Sharp of Mishawaka and brother, Jon (Missy) Sharp of Mishawaka. Ron was preceded in death by his father, Ronald L. Sharp, Sr. in September, 2020.

The family has planned a celebration of life to take place Labor Day Weekend on Saturday, September 4, 2021. The family will release more details on a later date.
