Sandra Wright

Ms. Sandra Wright, 71, passed away at her residence in South Bend on Friday, May 21, 2020. Sandra was born in Little Rock, AR but was a lifetime resident in South Bend IN.

She was a owner of Beulah Land BBQ & Restaurant, until retiring in 2012. Sandra loved spending time with her family. Her door was always open to everyone. It was questionable to who were just friends, because she treated everyone like family.  Whether you wanted a hot meal or a good night rest, you could always go to the country! Sandra's heart was wide as the sea and her love was truly the definition of "unconditional love". She loved to travel and Las Vegas, NV was always her favorite place to go.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Exie Wright; siblings Peggy & Frank Jr Wright, Betty Owens, Vivian Wright and Linda Wright Earnest.

She is survived by two brothers, Charles & Dennis Wright, and a sister, Patricia White. She leaves to carry on her legend her children: Angela Wright, Robert Baskin Jr & daughter-in-law Sideya Wright; three grandchildren: Herschel, Quentin and Albany; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren  great nieces, nephews and friends.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Services for Sandra Wright will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Palmer Funeral Homes - West Chapel, 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, IN 46628. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call on the family for visitation from 3-5:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the funeral home.
