Saralynn Heighway Obituary

Saralynn Ann Heighway, 24, passed away unexpectedly at her residence in South Bend on the evening of Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Saralynn was born on September 18, 1995 in Mishawaka, IN to Gary Heighway and Deborah (Miller) Heighway.

At her time of passing, Saralynn was employed as a cashier for McDonalds. She was a beloved daughter, sister, cousin and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Gary Heighway of Osceola and Deborah Heighway of South Bend, Saralynn is survived by two brothers, Christopher Sobol of Houston, TX and Jason Sobol of Twin Cities, MN, and a sister, Alyssa Iggens of Elkhart; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Per the family’s wishes, no public services will be held. The family may gather privately at a later date to celebrate Saralynn’s life. Palmer Funeral Homes – West Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Online expressions of sympathy may be left at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
