Scott Anthony Gross, 58, of Mishawaka, IN., passed away at 1:18 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2026 at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka.
Scott was born on April 22, 1967 in Niles, MI., to Fred C. Gross and Valda (Biggs) Skinner.
Scott worked in transportation as a truck driver.
Scott is survived by his longtime companion, Pam Rohlfs of Mishawaka, his children; Derek Gross of South Bend, Christopher Mann of South Bend, Danielle Mann of South Bend, Tyler Gross of South Bend and Madison Gross of Mishawaka.
His siblings; Tammy Gross of Niles, David Gross of Niles, and Dawn Vaughn of Niles, Farrah Gross of Niles, Fred Gross of Niles, Brandi Gross of South Bend and Brittany Gross of South Bend.
Grandchildren; Ajah Gross of South Bend, Asata Mann of South Bend, Laif Sanders of South Bend, Ginayah Mann of Niles, Gracelyn Gross of South Bend, Jersei Mann of South Bend, Kenna Gross of South Bend, Magnolia and Niko Young of South Bend.
Scott loved creating music by writing his own song lyrics and attending Rock concerts starting at a young age. He loved being outside and enjoyed park and nature walks with his children and grandchildren. He was a huge sports fan and always made sure you knew he loved Michigan football the most! He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events and having family gatherings. His favorite pass time also was spending Sunday mornings listening to Country music, drinking coffee and watching NASCAR. Monday nights were watching WWE with the family and rooting for his favorite wrestler.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 25th 2026 at the F.O.P. in Niles, MI.
Cremation has taken place. Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka is assisting the family.
