Scott was born on October 3, 1955, in South Bend to the late Kenneth and Patricia Sult. He graduated from John Adams High School and married the love of his life, Robyn (Hull) Sult, on April 23, 1977, in South Bend. Together they built a loving family and shared nearly 50 years of marriage.

Scott is survived by his devoted wife, Robyn Sult; his three children, T.J. (Alli) Sult of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Matthew (Amanda Schramm) Sult of Napa, California, and Chadd (Ashley) Sult of Fort Wayne, Indiana; six cherished grandchildren, Carson, Jackson, Mickleson, Tilly, Rosie, and Betty; his sister, Stacey Sult of South Bend; and his brothers, Steve Sult of Niles, Michigan, and Shane (Kathy) Sult of South Bend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Patricia Sult; his sister-in-law, Teresa Sult; and his beloved grandson, Pierson "Jojo," who passed away in 2022 at the age of 14 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Scott was a hardworking man who believed in providing well for his family and enjoying life to the fullest. He had a lifelong passion for sports and was an enthusiastic fan of the Chicago Cubs, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Indiana University athletics.
