Shannon Lynn Wozniak

Shannon Lynn Wozniak, 50, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away at home on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 1:10 p.m.

Shannon was born on June 26, 1975, in La Porte, Indiana, to the late Chuck and Susan (May) Wozniak. She spent her early life growing up in Texas and later lived in Kentucky before moving to South Bend.

Shannon was a gentle and trusting person who had a special love for animals. Though she faced challenges throughout her life and was unable to work, she was known by those close to her as kind-hearted and sincere.

She is survived by her aunt, Karen May Davis; and many aunts and uncles who will remember her with love.

No services are being held at this time, Palmer Funeral Home – West Chapel, 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend, IN 46628, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Shannon will be remembered for her caring nature and the quiet kindness she shared with those around her.
