Sheila M. Hall

Ms. Sheila Marie Hall, 57, transitioned from this life to her heavenly home at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka on the morning of Monday, September 6, 2021. Sheila was born on September 17, 1963 in South Bend, IN to the late James and Catherine (Payne) Hall Sr.

Sheila was a life-long resident of the area. She graduated from Washington High School and obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech College. Sheila was a faithful Christian and enjoyed serving in Ministry. She attended Greater Friendship M.B.C., New Hope M.B.C and later RHEMA International Outreach Ministries under Bishop Stephen Reed. She was actively involved with the Nurse’s Guild and served Bishop Reed personally and made sure he had his hot tea every Sunday morning. Sheila was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.

Sheila is survived by her daughter, Bre-Anna Hall Howell (Sean); her grandchildren; Dai-Anna, Areonna, Sean (Tre), Xzayliah and Saige; her siblings: Gail Hall, Janice (Donnie) Johnson, Sandra Ingram, James (Myrtis) Hall III, Beverly Hall, Belinda Wilson, Phyllis (Lance) Robinson, Michael (Charmaine) Hall, Michelle Gunn, Marilynn Hall, and Gwen Hall. Also left to cherish her memory are a host of loving nieces, nephews and extended family including “special daughters”: Tyana Washington-Black, Tenii Washington, Apryll Henry, Len’Quece Adams and Tiera Fennessee; and her god children: D’Angelo Jenkins Jr., Na’Quan Sanders, Tamia Hamilton, Serenity Sanders, and Dornita Walker; as well as four very good friends: Terri Sullivan, Constance Williams, Linda Hurt and Brenda Holt.

In addition to her parents, James and Catherine Hall Sr., Sheila was preceded in death by her son, Branden Brown-Hall and her brother, George A. Hall, along with other close relatives.

Services for Ms. Sheila Hall will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Rhema Word International Outreach Ministries, 802 E. Mishawaka Avenue, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Bishop Stephen Reed will officiate. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery. Palmer Funeral Homes-West Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
