Thais O. Ladas, passed away on January 6, 2022. She was born on September 21, 1942, in Chicago, IL to the late Anastasia (Papaspirou) and Peter Alexander.

On August 28, 1966, Thais married Zeno Ladas in Chicago, IL who survives. Thais is also survived by her daughter, Stacy, Grandson Alexander; Sisters Danae and Darice (James A.) and two nieces, Emily & Katie. Thais retired from North American Signs in 2017 after more than 20 years as a Senior Project Manager, as well as retired from teaching speech at Ivy Tech Community College in 2019.

Funeral Services for Thais were held at 10:00am, January 10, 2022, at Ascension of the Lord Greek Orthodox Church 1207 Riverwoods Rd. Lincolnshire, IL. Thais was laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, IL.
