William "Marty" E. Martin

William “Marty” Martin, 66, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Marty was born on June 21, 1959, in Gary, Indiana, to the late Francis Martin and Nellie Jo Martin. He spent much of his working life as a factory worker in manufacturing, known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He proudly served in the United States Navy, exemplifying dedication, honor, and service throughout his time in uniform. Including his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Karen Sue (Richards) Martin. He is survived by his son, Noah Martin.

Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 2:00pm at Southlawn Cemetery.
