Whether helping people navigate workplace matters or assisting customers in a fast-changing industry, she brought patience, competence, and a sincere interest in those around her.
Family was central to Janice’s life. She is survived by her son, John Wilen (Bridget Comber), of Boca Raton, Florida, and her daughter, Elizabeth Smith of South Bend, Indiana. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Violet and Scarlett Comber-Wilen, who brought great joy to her life. Janice is further survived by her sister, Nikki Dice of Rock Island, Illinois.
