Kaylynn Davidson Obituary

Kaylynn Davidson of South Bend, In, passed on May 17, 2022. She was born on July 22, 1989 to Patricia Ann Miller and Raymond Davidson, Jr. Kaylynn, attended and graduated from the South Bend Community School Corporation.  She professed her faith at an early age and was baptized at Pentecostal Cathedral COGIC, of which grandmother Doris Brazier was a lifelong member.  Kaylynn remained active in the church and participated in the Sunshine Band at Greater St. John Missionary Church with her loving aunt Laura McDonald.

Kaylynn was very social and loved music. She enjoyed spending time dancing with her brother Derek, watching movies with her children and siblings. Kaylynn had many passions which included traveling, photography, and fashion from head to toe. Kaylynn was employed by Beacon Health systems as a medical assistant. She was currently enrolled in the Clinical Care Intern program. In addition to working, Kaylynn was a loving mother of two sons, Kylin and Kyler.

Those left to cherish her memory are, her son, Kylin Miller, mother Patricia A. Miller, of South Bend; Sisters; Yolanda Davidson of Indianapolis, IN; Yvonda Davidson, LaShaunda Davidson, Kanysha Harden, Syreeta Hyde of South Bend, IN, brothers; DeShawn Davidson, Sr. of South Bend, IN and Keith Ivory of Ft. Wayne, IN. Maternal grandmother Geraldine Hastings of South Bend, IN.

Her Aunts, Yolanda Miller, Demetress (Joe) Davis of South Bend, Sharon Floyd of Toledo, OH. Her Uncles Stanley (Jean) Miller of Aurora, CO, Vincent (Wendy) Davidson, Dwight Manns of Dallas, TX; Daniel (Dora) Manns of South Bend; and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Kaylynn’s  very, very special friends SanJuana Tijerina, Alvonda (Woo) Tharbs and Elizabeth Armenakais of South Bend, IN. Her Godsisters; Antonesha (Stasha) Brown, and Alicia Pettrie.

Preceded in death are her son, Kyler Jackson; brothers, Delvon and Derek Davidson, one sister Kenya Ellis. Her father Raymond (Ann) Davidson, grandfather Willie Hastings; Great grandparents Norman & Doris Brazier; uncles; Anthony Baker, Elmore Baker and Gene Floyd. Two aunts Debra Miller and Darlene Sims.
