August 11, 1969 – August 27, 2015

SOUTH BEND – Kelly M. Sult-Logwood, 46, residing in South Bend, IN passed away at 2:55 AM Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Hospice House, South Bend, IN, after battling cancer.  She was born on August 11, 1969 in South Bend, IN to Thomas L. and Yolanda “Loni” (Baranyai) Sult.   After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University–Bloomington, she moved to Atlanta, GA and then back to South Bend in 1998.  On June 20, 1998 in South Bend, IN, Kelly married Kevin Logwood, who was the love of her life.   

Along with her loving husband, Kevin Logwood, Kelly is survived by her mother, Yolanda “Loni” Sult of South Bend; her sister, Kimberly M. (Drew) Crump of Savannah, GA; two brothers, Thomas C. (Nicole Short) of Wakarusa and Michael C. Sult of South Bend; two nieces, Carson Sult and Willow Short; and her nephew, Carter Sult.  Her father, Thomas Sult preceded her in death on May 3, 2013.

Kelly was an Emergency Preparedness Specialist for the Indiana Department of Health.  She had numerous hobbies including photography, gardening and scrapbooking.  She loved hosting parties, always making every event lively, creative, and entertaining. Kelly was a devoted, loving, supportive, and generous individual.  She was truly selfless, always going out of her way to put others first and ensure their happiness all of her life. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, August 31, 2015 at Palmer Funeral Home – Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend 46635.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, South Bend, IN.  Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
