Nicholas A. Gaytz

Nicholas A. Gaytz, 28, of South Bend, IN passed away Thursday morning, April 16, 2015. He was born on February 28, 1987 in South Bend, IN and remained a lifelong resident.

Nicholas is survived by his three daughters, Brooklyn, Alexis, and Aaliyah, his mother, Robin Gaytz, and father Michael Stankiewicz all of South Bend; brother, Gregory (Amanda) Bergen-Boothe and their son Aaron of Mishawaka; grandparents, Tom and Chere Gunter of Michigan, his Aunt Rene and Uncle Dan, many cousins, aunts and uncles, and girlfriend Angie Rembold and her son, Gabriel. He will truly be missed as a father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Southlawn Cemetery, 61300 U.S. 31 South, South Bend. Please take the Kern Road exit off of U.S. 31. Turn left on Kern Road and then a right onto the old U.S. 31. The cemetery will be on the East side of the road. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, South Bend is assisting the family.
