One of the CCHS class of 1945.....In a class with Jim Monserez.

Sorry to hear about Ann. I saw her once at Wellbrooke where I was visiting, talked to Monte and Jim. The Baranys were famous in South Bend. Alice and I will include her in our prayers from now on.

We send our love and deepest condolences to Jim and his family. Ann was the best neighbor a young boy growing up could ever ask for. You both are like another pair of grandparents to us. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She will be forever missed in our hearts.

What great memories I have of Mrs. Monserez growing up. She was like a second Mom to me through high school and college. I had a blast playing ball with Mathew and having him as a college roommate. We never would have made it without her love and support along with her awesome meals that she sent on a weekly basis. What a classy lady who made a huge impact in all of our lives!

Sending my deepest Sympathy to Jim and the Children, Having known Anne for over 30 years I can say she is truly one of the most incredible people I ever met.Memories of us planting flowers, preparing for the holidays, visiting, Sharing our lives. I used to say so often When my Children grow older I want to be like her so loving always putting others first. How we laughed when I Married Dr Sonner your dentist what a coincidence. They broke the mold when God made you . Anne will never be forgotten.

A good friend has gone to heaven!!! She was often in our thoughts and many good memories. Have missed she and Jim at the end of the 3rd hole on the Stonecreek Golf Course. I still a a faithful member of the Phoenix Christ Child mainly because she got me going to the layette sessions and meetings. When I went on a day of Prayer with them, I mentioned to Anne that I was the only one on the bus without a rosary---within hours she delivered a rosary to my door!!!

Jim, and family you are in our prayers

Dear Uncle Jim and Monserez family-
I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Anne’s passing. Our folks were so close and I spent many happy hours with Aunt Anne at your house, the hardware store and ND football games. She was especially good to us at our wedding and when my Dad died. Love to you Uncle Jim.

She was a lovely lady. Only a saint could have survived so many boys in one household. So sorry for the loss to all of you.

Jim and family,
I have been lucky to share in Anne's life. I loved the time I spent with her working in the yard, taking joy in the beauty of nature, sharing our love of family, and learning to love the world through her eyes.
Blessings to you all as you celebrate Anne's life.
