Cathy was a good friend and co-worker for many years at St. Joseph Mishawaka Hospital. She was always fun and full of life. Kind-hearted and helpful, we had great times when she came over and "highlighted" my hair. I will miss her and remember her fondly. My deepest sympathy to her family for her loss.

I was Cathy's Hospice ever since she went on Hospice. We became pretty good friends and I loved her dearly and she will be missed. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. She was smart and funny and quite the character on her good days. I know she is in a better place now nad my heart goes out to her family. I hope you find the peace that she now has. Bless her and her family.

Thank you so much for your condolences. They are very much appreciated. My sincere sympathy to all of Cathy's family & friends. Cathy and I shared our beloved little granddaughter Jillian Grzeskowiak, and I'm sure Jillian will always have a very special place in her heart for her "Maw Maw". Shannon, my heart goes out to you.

Susan-
Thank you so much for your kind words. They mean a lot to me and my family at this time. Jillian is a very lucky girl to have 2 grandmother's who love her so dearly. My mother, Jillians Maw Maw is now in heaven, and will watch over Jillian from there. My mother so loved being a grandmother and was saddened that in the later days of her illness was unable to play with Jillian as she so badly wanted to. Jillian would tell her "It's okay maw maw, we can just snuggle and watch cartoons together." When we would go visit my mother Jillian would push her around in her wheelchair and was so proud that she was able to help her maw.
Susan, I'm so glad that Jillian still has a wonderful grandmother in you. Thank you again for your condolences. They mean a lot at this time.

We both love you Maw-Maw and will miss you every day forever. While we would still rather have you here with us, we are glad that you are not suffering any longer. Sleep with the angels Mom, as you were one here on earth. Love you always and forever.

Cathy was truly an angel. Her smile and her ability to say what she meant made a difference. She was fantastic in the many hats she wore. Her organization skills were strong, she could bark when she needed to, and make things happen. Had a heart of gold. We haven't seen her for about 15 years since we left the area. We have talked about her, shared stories and wanted to be with her. Now I guess we will see her in heaven. Move over St Peter Cathy is on her way. Much peace and love to her family

Thank you very much Szakaly Family. I have very good memories of hanging out with you with my mother. She always thought so highly of your family & was saddened when you moved away.
As much as I want her here, you are right. St. Peter needs to move over cause my mom is on her way!! Thank you for making me smile with that comment. I needed that.
