Condolences to Chris' family. We all look forward to the promise at Isaiah 33:24 - "no resident will way, I am sick." Our enemy death, will be swallowed up forever (Isaiah 25:8). When these promises are fulfilled, we will enjoy life the way our Grand Creator purposed for us…forever. (Psalms 37:11, 29)

I have known you for roughly 15-years via the restaurant you and Don had. And when people met you, they either liked you or they didn't. You were the little brother I did not have. Mom and I always had a good time whether we dined out, or went to your home, followed by card games. When we took ANP102 , i would pick you up in my Tercel, where your knees came up to your chin, and you felt like a sardine with your long legs. When you were in baking mode, I'd call you Baker Boy for a few days. Oh yes, I can't forget the model trains, and when you would get new items from the rail yard (my uncle, cousin, and their friends owned) you'd call me.

When you told me about the Lymphodema, I gave you the information I had given my daughter's Elkhart cousin when she had it, and asked you to join a support group - be it on-line or in person. I was your cheerleader when you needed it, and I'd take you to task if I felt a pity party coming on. You were loved by more people than you knew, and most of all I am sad. Sad because I won't see you upon my IN visits, or FB posts. You are no longer in pain, and are now in a better place. Love and miss you my friend. As Roy Rogers sang "Happy Traills to you, until we meet again".
