Mrs. Rose Sullivan, Kelly, Ed, Patricia, Michael, and the Sullivan family, please accept my deepest condolences.
The world is a brighter place because Ed Sullivan was here.
Mr. Sullivan was not a great man because of his many accomplishments, but because of the man he was. He was kind, steadfast, caring, strong, he had a strength of character that made those around him better people. The load on the shoulders of good men has become heavier with his passing.
Until them when we shall meet again Godspeed.
Thank you Mr. Sullivan

I got to know Ed through my Father Lefty Smith and had the pleasure of driving him to the Notre Dame Toledo Alumni Golf Outing one year which was an experience and a half. He was a man that loved God, his beloved wife, family, and of course Notre Dame. I truly enjoyed his stories, jokes, and of course his laughter which resonated not only throughout my car but the entire golf course the entire day. He was a great man that will be sorely missed....thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Sullivan family during this time from the Smith family.
