Ernie was such a great guy and a very dear friend. He and Donna were just the nicest people you could ever meet. My heart feels so sad at his passing but my soul is joyful that this wonderful Christian man is now in Heaven with Donna and loved ones that have gone before. We will miss him.

So sorry to hear of Ernie's death. My husband grew up with him & Ernie & I graduated together. We always saw him at the '48 mini-reunions, ran into him at the court house, double-dated with him & Donna a LONG time ago, etc. He & Donna were great people & will be remembered. Our condolences to the entire family.

Our sincere condolences to Ernie And Donna. Rich and I have been the best of friends with Ernie ever since high school in the late 1940's. Have had many chances to get together and enjoy a great friendship . Will never forget our trip around Lake Michigan in Ernies 1929 Ford that his dad put together. That was way before the bridge was built over the Straites and we had to put the Ford on a ferry to get across. Visited the Wisconsins Dells and many other places on the way. The ole 29 ford never missed a beat, ran perfectly the whole trip.
