I am working in North Caralina and will be unable to attend the service. So sorry for your loss and that I can't be there to pay my respects. I will never forget all the miles Mr. D and I ran after practices in the small gym at Twin Branch. R.I.P.

My sincere condolences to the Diamond family. He was my teacher, coach , and friend. When I was in junior high I would come back to Twin Branch and help him coach the basketball team. In turn he took me fishing, to football games, and out to dinner. He seemed to always have a special spot in his heart for me. He knew that my mother passed away when I was very young and my father wasn't always there for me. He was! What a positive role model he was for me and countless others! I will never forget what he did for me! I am so very sorry for your loss.

What we all lost here on Earth, God gained in Heaven. Next to my father, I'm not sure there was a man I looked up to more. He's the reason I became a teacher and coach and work daily to mold the minds of children at school. I am going to miss him dearly. Bette, the Betzer family will ALWAYS be here for you. I hope he and dad are enjoying a beer and laughing about all the great times they shared. Thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family and network of friends.
