Dear Rob and family - I am so very sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. My mom passed away on 3/19, and while visiting her Palmer Guestbook I saw your Dad's obituary. It's not easy to lose a parent, as I am finding out. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. River Park lost two great members of its community with the passing of your dad and my mom. They will be forever missed. Thinking of you...

I only knew Keen a short time as he was a resident at Morning View where my mother lives now. He was such a loving, sensitive and caring man. It wasn't hard to see the kind of man he had been his entire life and the way he treated people at Morning View. I've come to know most of Mom's fellow residents, but I felt a special connection with Keen. I look forward to meeting him again in Heaven and getting to know him more.

My prayers are with his children in this time of loss.

My deepest sympathies to you. I worked for Keen at Medicine Shoppe when I was in high school. I learned so much about being a pharmacist from him. He taught me to be organized and to be respectful to everyone. I well always have a special place in my heart for Keen and Dorothy.

My name is Jan Keen from Adams, and I married a man from PA and my mom's name is Dorothy alive at 90. This is so incredibly coincidental in names, places, and friends and wonder if I ever met him. Back then we went to Lamonts. I hope for Karren to find blessing and know that he and his wife are now together.

We want to extend our sympathy to each of you in Keen's family. I (Don) have many fond memories of talking and joking with uncle Keen. I remember being at Keen and Dorothy's wedding here in Hutchinson when I was a young boy. Keen has always been very special.
Our prayers are with you for God's comfort at this time.

We are very sorry to hear of the passing of your dear father Keen. He and my father Larry we're great talking buddies at the pharmacy. We bought the milkshake machine when the lunch counter closed down and enjoyed it for many many years. Our dads got to be very old which makes us lucky children. Feeling your loss. My deepest sympathy to the family. I worked at the River Park Pharmacy many years ago. He was a sweet man to work for. May he R.I.P..
