Myra J. (Richmond) Rigley

Myra J. Rigley, 84, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away at 1:50 PM Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Your Home Assisting Living, South Bend.
Myra was born on July 31, 1932 in Moundsville, WV to the late William Richmond and Rachel (Minor) Richmond and has lived most of her life in the South Bend area.
On December 26, 1975 in Mishawaka, Indiana she was united in marriage to Clifford R. Rigley, who has preceded her in death on October 10, 2012.  Myra cherished her role as a homemaker for her family.  She attended St. Pius X Catholic Church, Granger.
Myra is survived by her daughter, Catherin J. Husic of Brighton, MI; son, Chris A. (Susan) Schaffer of Mishawaka; stepdaughters, Marilyn E. (Dennis) Van Skyhawk of Cornelius, NC and Valerie (Jerry) Rudbeck of Simpsonville, SC; stepson, Ray (Debbie) Rigley of Mishawaka; eleven grandchildren, Jeremy and Toby Husic, Jimmy and Chris Schaefer, Melisa, Angela, Adam and Andrew Rigley, Jason and Jeremy Rudbeck, and Katrina Brown; eleven great-grandchildren; and brother, Edward Richmond.
A Memorial Mass at 11:00 am Wednesday, February 8, 2016 at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church 54191 North Ironwood Drive, South Bend, IN 46635.  Burial will take place at City Cemetery, Mishawaka.  Palmer Funeral Home – River Park Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be given in Myra’s honor to St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, IN 46530.
