Dave, sorry for the loss of your father. Only met him once back in the 70's shortly after I'd moved to Lakeville and met you also. Have always considered you a good person and glad I had the opportunity to know you and the rest of your family I had the privilege to meet

To my cousins: So sorry to hear about your husband and dad. He was always a gentle man. Although I am the youngest of the Charles Geyer grandchildren, [I am of Roger' and Beverly's generation]...but like a Geyer farmer, still working. I remember family reunions with your family at the Madison school and basket ball games at Lakeville or Madison as a second reunion. I remember me, Roger, pee wee, et al. as youngsters at the reunions.

My and my family thoughts and prayers are with you all and especially Jeanne at this hour. But it is also the time of celebration of a very worthy life well lived.

Jeanne, Roger, Bill, Skip and David,

I am very sorry for your loss. Russ was always so nice and friendly. I appreciate all he did for the community. And, personally I will always remember that Russ got Lanny and me to #31 so we could get a ride to LaVille for basketball. We rode on the tractor as Patterson was drifted. I played a lot of basketball in your barn. Most of all, Russ was simply a great neighbor. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
