A little over three months ago, you helped my family through a very difficult time. My only grandmother took a quick turn for the worse and was finally free of pain, struggles, and worry. She was ready to go, even if I was not prepared for her death. Your staff was able to quickly make all of the needed arrangements when my family was still numb with shock and sadness. Even now, it seems like it never happened. I want to thank you for the care, support and direction you provided for us during such a difficult and heart breaking time. You did everything possible to make it as easy for us as you could. I don't think I have ever seen my grandma look so young and beautiful as she did at her funeral. Our mother passed away on July 25th 2010 and our family was struggling through this very difficult time. We knew she was going to pass away at home peacefully but we weren't really prepared for it when the time came. Your staff was so kind and helpful. He came back to the house and gave us time to get organized and have everything ready for the obituary and services. He guided us through the process and made it as peaceful for us as possible. He was very efficient and we trusted him completely. Our mother had been through a terrible struggle at the end of her life and did not look like herself at all by the end. She was so thin and just not looking like herself when she passed. Your team tried their very best to make our mother look like she used to. It had to be a hard process and we appreciate your best efforts. She looked as good as she could under the circumstances and for that we thank you.

Dear KR, Kerry and Kristi,
Words can not even express what your hard work meant to My Family and Me, Dad looked better than he has in 10 years, maybe longer. Even My cousin, who is the director at my Uncles Funeral Home here in Indianapolis, Said that he thought it was one of the best he had seen, since he just saw my Dad about a week before he died, and was please to see the Flag draped as it was, he Say's he gets a few extra Funerals a year, as NO one in Indianapolis does that but them, In His words, a " Very Professional Job"and Sean is not one to throw compliments around lightly. That said, it was all beautiful.
And everything went off without a hitch, The Military Ceremony was unbelievable, and if you had not done enough for my Family!!! Kristi shows up at the Interment! She has bent over backwards for my Dad and Me since we walked in Her office at Southlawn the 6Th of June in 2009 to purchase the plots for Mom and Dad, She has even taken time to take Candles out to my Parents grave, and Her being there, just blew me away, as well as her offer to keep running them down there for me, what a wonderful thing for Her to do.
In Short, The Palmer Family really does know how to run a Funeral Home and Cemetery, With TRUE sincerity and customer service that you can only get from a Family Owned Company, Your Family should be proud of the great business that you run. My Only regret, is that we did not use your Funeral Services for Mom.

I recently went to a showing/funeral of a family member. I was so impressed by the way you took so much care in taking care of our loved one. She looked amazing, tasteful, and beautiful like she looked 10 years prior to her death. Though I have made different funeral arrignments with another funeral home, I wish I had made them with you.
